Our Redensify Reset Shampoo is formulated to be gentle and does not contain ingredients commonly avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting any new personal care product. Our Redensify Treatment Serum contains ingredients such as a retinoid and saw palmetto, so it should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
We are happy to report the answer is no! Kerativ formulas were specifically designed for fine and thinning hair, where heavy products can easily weigh hair down. The lightweight textures absorb quickly and provide hydration without leaving a greasy or oily residue on the scalp or hair.
Applying to a clean scalp is ideal, as it allows the formula to reach the scalp more easily without being blocked by excess oil or buildup. However, consistency matters most. The Redensify Treatment Serum was designed to fit easily into your routine, so it can also be applied between washes to desired areas, even if you use styling products or wash your hair less frequently.
With typical daily use, one tube usually lasts about 6 weeks. The formula is designed to be applied directly to thinning areas, so a small amount goes a long way.

The product itself is excellent. I’ve been very happy with the formula and have already noticed positive results. It absorbs well, feels great on my scalp, and is definitely something I’ll continue using.
My only suggestion is to redesign the applicator. The formula is thicker, and the opening on the nozzle is too small for its consistency. Because of that, it’s difficult to dispense the product smoothly and requires more pressure than it should. A slightly wider opening or an applicator designed for a thicker formula would make the application much easier while still allowing for precise placement on the scalp.
The formula is truly the standout here. It just deserves packaging that’s better matched to the product’s consistency.

Although the serum may feel richer than some liquid treatments during application, the formula is intentionally lightweight compared to many scalp serums. During development, we found that standard applicator openings allowed the serum to flow too freely, even when the bottle was simply sitting on the shelf. To solve this, we incorporated an internal check valve that helps regulate flow and prevent leakage while maintaining precise application.
Because of this design, the first use often requires a bit more pressure to break the initial seal. Once that seal has been released, the serum should dispense much more easily with consistent control.
