How long does it take to see results? 

Consistency is key. Visible improvements in hair density typically require at least 90 days of consistent use of the Redensify Treatment Serum. In the first few weeks, your scalp begins to rebalance, and some may notice a brief increase in shedding as follicles shift into a healthier cycle. Around three months, hair starts to look fuller, with less noticeable thinning. With continued use beyond three months, volume and density continue to improve as stronger strands grow in.

Can I use Kerativ products if I have a sensitive scalp?

Yes. Kerativ products were developed to be gentle and compatible with sensitive scalps. We intentionally avoided common irritants such as sulfates and drying alcohols, and selected a next-generation retinoid designed to deliver benefits with a gentler profile than earlier retinoids.

Will Kerativ products work for my hair type? What if my hair is color treated? 

Kerativ formulas are designed for all hair types and textures, with lightweight formulas that won’t weigh down fine or thinning hair. They are color-safe to cleanse and support the scalp without stripping or fading color.

Are Kerativ products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, our formulas do not contain animal-derived ingredients, and we do not test on animals at any stage of development or production.

Are Kerativ products safe if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our Redensify Reset Shampoo is formulated to be gentle and does not contain ingredients commonly avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting any new personal care product. Our Redensify Treatment Serum contains ingredients such as a retinoid and saw palmetto, so it should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

How often should I use Kerativ products?

The Redensify Reset Shampoo is gentle enough for daily use, though many people prefer washing a few times per week depending on their hair type and lifestyle. The Redensify Treatment Serum is designed for consistent twice daily use and can be applied to targeted areas of thinning or more generally throughout the scalp.

Are Kerativ products safe for seborrheic dermatitis or dandruff?

Our formulas are designed to be gentle and supportive of overall scalp health, including helping maintain a balanced scalp environment by rebalancing the scalp microbiome and decreasing oil production. That said, seborrheic dermatitis is a medical condition, and individual triggers can vary. Our products are not meant as a replacement for seborrheic dermatitis treatment, so If you have active seborrheic dermatitis, we recommend checking with your dermatologist for a personalized treatment plan.

Can I use Kerativ alongside other hair treatments?

Yes! We designed Kerativ to seamlessly fit into your lifestyle, including your existing scalp and hair routine that may include dermatologist-recommended treatments. If you are using prescription treatments or have a specific scalp condition, we recommend checking in with your dermatologist.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be processed? 

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be handed offto the carrier for shipment. 

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer the following shipping options: 

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $8 (free on orders $100+)
  • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority): $15 

We also offer free standard shipping on your first order when you sign up for our email newsletter.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We ship to all 50 US states and US Armed Forces addresses (APO/AE and FPO/AE). 

How will it take for my order to arrive? 

We offer the following shipping options: 

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 7-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority): 2-3 business days 

Please note that transit times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. 

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

How can I check my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

How can I cancel or change my order?

We’re unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been processed. If you need assistance, please reach out to us at support@kerativ.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days of your delivery date. Bundles must be returned in full to qualify for a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. 

How do I request a refund or return?

To start a return, please contact us at support@kerativ.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.
