Return Policy

To start a return, contact us at support@kerativ.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send instructions for mailing your item back. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened and unused condition as well as received within 30 days of your delivery date to receive a refund. Bundles must be returned in full in order to be eligible. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will post to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of processing.
